Refund policy
1. Non-returnable items (numbered books, vinyls, limited prints)
Due to their custom-made, numbered, or limited-edition nature, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in case of manufacturing defects:
• Numbered photo books
• Numbered or limited-edition vinyls
• Fine art prints / photographic prints
• Any item produced in limited quantities or on demand
Returns accepted only if:
• The item arrived damaged,
• The item has a manufacturing defect,
• The wrong item was shipped.
In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with visual proof (photos/videos).
Return shipping costs: covered by FOVEA STUDIO only if the issue is our responsibility.
2. Returnable items (t-shirts, standard posters, A5 cards)
The following items can be returned:
• Clothing / t-shirts
• Non-numbered posters
• A5 cards and stationery
Conditions:
• Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging
• Item must be in new and resellable condition
Return shipping costs:
• Paid by the customer
• Except if we made an error or the item is defective
Refunds:
• Processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the item
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
3. Damaged items during transport
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item.
We will open a case with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
4. Return procedure

• Photos of the item
• Description of the issue
• Your order number
No returns will be accepted without prior validation.
5. Sale items and special editions
• Sale items are non-returnable
• Limited editions follow the rules in Section 1
6. Return address
The return address will be provided once your request is approved.
