Shipping policy
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Limited-edition items, books, vinyls or prints may require additional handling time.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship from Paris, France using the following carriers:

France: Colissimo or FedEx (home delivery) & Chronopost Shop2Shop (pickup point)

Europe: Colissimo International, Chronopost, or FedEx depending on destination

International (US, Canada, Asia, Rest of World): FedEx
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carriers, or unexpected delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and total order weight.
You will always see the final shipping cost before confirming your order.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments (outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot predict these fees and are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
5. Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping information.
FOVEA STUDIO is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
If the package is returned to us, the customer will be asked to pay the shipping cost again.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist you in replacing or refunding the order.
7. Pre-Orders & Limited Editions
Some items may be available as pre-orders.
Shipping dates for pre-orders are always indicated on the product page.
Ordering a pre-order item means you accept the associated waiting time.
