These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through Fovea Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

 

 

 

1. Products

 


We offer limited-edition cultural objects, including books, prints, vinyl records, apparel and accessories.

Each item is described as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.

Limited-edition products (books, vinyl, art prints) are final sale except in case of damage or defect (see section 6).

 

 

 

2. Prices & Taxes

 


Prices are listed in your local currency depending on your region settings.

Taxes are applied according to your country’s regulations at checkout.


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

 

 

 

3. Orders

 


Once an order is placed:

 

  • You receive an automatic order confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of error, stock issues, or suspicion of fraud.

  • You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your shipping information.

 

 

 

 

4. Shipping

 


Orders are shipped from Paris, France.

Shipping times vary depending on destination. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.


International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Pre-Orders

 


For products sold as pre-orders:

 

  • Estimated shipping windows are indicated on the product page.

  • Dates may change depending on production and logistics.

  • We do not accept cancellations for pre-orders once production has begun.

 

 

 

 

6. Returns & Refunds

 


 

Limited-edition items

(books, vinyl, art prints)

 


Due to their nature, these items are final sale.

We only accept returns if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.


 

Apparel & non-limited items

(T-shirts, posters, cards)

 


Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.


Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.


Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned product.

 

 

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

 


If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days:

We will assist with a replacement or reimbursement depending on availability.
